Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had a great location being less than 5km from Pamukkale Natural Park and Hierapolis, the experience was quite mixed. The rooms were not ideal as they had a terrible smell, which was a major downside. On a positive note, the staff was wonderful and did their best to accommodate our needs. The dining experience left something to be desired, as it wasn't what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel, but the pool area was enjoyable.
The hotel has a nice location, close to main attractions and less than 5 km from Pamukkale Natural Park. The service was friendly, although they did make a mistake with the billing. The rooms, while spacious and comfortable, could have been cleaner. Dining was simple and had limited options, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, I think it's decent value for money given its conveniences, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
I found the hotel quite nice but had some mixed feelings about my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant experience. However, the rooms were a bit outdated and the location was remote, making it inconvenient to reach major attractions on foot. Overall, it’s a decent option if you don’t mind a bit of a trek to tourist spots.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is perfect for visiting Pamukkale and Hierapolis, and the staff were genuinely trying their best to help. Unfortunately, the rooms need some revamping as they’re quite small and the beds weren't comfortable. The dining options left a bit to be desired as well, so there’s room for improvement.
I recently stayed at this hotel and generally had a decent experience. The location is great for visiting nearby attractions, but I found the rooms to be in need of some renovation. The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate me, though I ran into a few challenges with service. Overall, I would say it has its pros and cons, but there's definitely room for improvement.
The hotel offered a decent stay with good points and some things that could be improved. The location was quite remote, which made us second-guess our choice, but it was convenient with easy access to Pamukkale. The rooms we had could use better ventilation as they felt a bit humid, and the service was a mix; while some staff were helpful, overall it wasn't very accommodating. On a positive note, the dining options had good variety, although I found the food choices at times lacking in hot meals.
The hotel has some great qualities, like clean and spacious rooms, but it definitely needs some renovation to enhance comfort. The staff could be friendlier, especially when it comes to offering help. While the location is decent, it's a bit distant from the main attractions. Overall, it's a place that offers good value but with room for improvement in several areas.
I found the hotel to be quite the mixed bag. While the location is perfect for exploring Pamukkale and the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms left a lot to be desired with their dampness and smell of smoke. Dining was average at best, and I definitely think there’s room for improvement in that area.
The hotel had a great location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like Pamukkale and Hierapolis. My room was spacious and newly renovated, which was a definite plus. However, the service left something to be desired, as it was hard to get solutions for some issues. Overall, it felt like decent value for money, but the dining options could be improved.
I had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, being just a short drive from Pamukkale Natural Park. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my visit enjoyable. On the downside, the dining options left much to be desired, and the room needed better climate control options since it only had one setting for temperature. Overall, though, it was good value for the price.
